The apartment is located in area called Laugardalur or Hot Spring-Valley and is very nice and calm with a lot of trees and birds. The largest Iceland´s thermal swimming pool, botanical garden and domestic animal zoo are in a few minutes walk. Three gyms in the neighborhood and good jogging paths around and along the ocean shore.
A little mall Glæsibær is 3 min walk away from the house. Shopping point Holtagarðar is 15 min away, there also car rental, mini golf and liquor store are located.
Bus stop(s) are in 5-15 min walk, 15 min bus ride to University of Reykjavik.
